Returns check list:
Please ensure your return meets the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy and complies with the below points before lodging your return.
- Return request must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Once approved item(s) must be posted within 5 days. Refunds are issued for full priced products only. We do not accept returns for sale items (these can only be exchanged).
- Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition and must not be worn, altered, damaged, marked, sprayed with perfume or washed.
- Please ensure all products are exactly as you received them including all tags attached.
- Item(s) must not be sale items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for a refund, this includes orders where discount codes have been used. These items can only be exchanged (with a $10 processing fee charged). Final Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Please ensure the item(s) haven't previously been exchanged. After the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.
*Please note we have the right to refuse your return if any of the above are present on inspection.
