RETURN / EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER

Before lodging your request, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

Return requests can be made within 14 days of your parcel being delivered via our online return portal here: Toast Returns Centre

Your return request must meet the guidelines outlined. Toast Society reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements, which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

Items must meet the below conditions and be returned in original condition, unworn, not sprayed with perfume, unaltered, unwashed, unmarked with original packaging and with all tags attached. Toast Society does not cover the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to respond to your return request. Once your return has been approved, you will be forwarded instructions on how and where to return your order. Your order must be posted within 7 days of approval.

Returns Policy

Birthday Sale
  • Sale starts Wednesday 31st July until 11:59PM AEST Thursday 1st August 2024.
  • Code BDAY30 must be applied at checkout.
  • Items purchased during the Birthday Sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Offer cannot be applied to previous orders.
  • Offer not valid on gift vouchers.
Final Sale Items

Final sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear. Items that are marked sale and have been further reduced with a discount code are also considered final sale items. 

Items that are marked with final sale are not eligible for return, unless in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting hello@toastsociety.com for assistance, prior to purchasing.

Final sale items will be marked 'final sale' on the product listing page. By purchasing a final sale item you agree that the item cannot be returned.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale where a strikethrough price is displayed can only be exchanged for product(s) of equal or greater value or store credit (valid for 3 years) if the item is not listed as FINAL SALE in the product description. The total amount credited will be minus original shipping charges. Shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note: after the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.

Sale Items With A Discount Code

Items that are marked sale and have been further reduced with a discount code are considered final sale items. 

Items that are marked with final sale are not eligible for return, unless in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting hello@toastsoicety.com for assistance, prior to purchasing.

Full Priced Items

Full priced items can be returned for an exchange, credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The total amount refunded or credited will be minus original shipping charges.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method ie. credit card, gift card, Afterpay account, etc. 

Toast Society does not cover the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.

Once your refund/exchange request has been approved, please ensure you post your item(s) back to us within 7 days. If items are not posted within this timeframe, returns will not be accepted and consequently, cannot be refunded/exchanged.

After the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.

Please note we do not accept refunds for gift vouchers.

Full Priced Items With A Discount Code

Full priced items purchased with a discount code outside of promotional sale periods

Full priced items purchased with a discount code, such as the welcome offer, can be returned for an exchange, credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. This does not include discount codes that are part of a promotional period such as the exclusions listed below:

  • End of Season Sales
  • Black Friday
  • Boxing Day

Full priced items purchased with a discount code during promotional sale periods

Full priced items (excluding earrings and gift vouchers) purchased during a promotional sale period (such as End of Season Sales and Black Friday) where a discount has been applied at checkout manually or automatically, can only be exchanged for product(s) of equal or greater value or a store credit (valid for 3 years).

In all cases, the total amount refunded/credited will be minus original shipping charges. Shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders. A discount code is only valid for a single transaction, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers unless stated otherwise.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Unfortunately gift vouchers are non-refundable. They can only be redeemed on our e-boutique. 

Faulty Items

We make every effort to ensure our product is of highest quality. In the rare event that you find a fault in an item you have ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@toastsociety.com and ensure you include your order number and a photo of the fault in the email. Our Customer Care Team will respond with a solution. 

International Returns

For all international orders (outside of Australia), please note all return or exchange shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.

Out of Stock Items

If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within three business days. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will provide alternate style or size options, otherwise we will issue a refund. If you agree to the alternate option - please note the same terms and conditions apply, whereby if they are considered a sale item or final sale item our terms and conditions apply. For example, sale items can only be exchanged. Final sale items cannot be returned as they have been reduced to clear.
