ONLINE SHOPPING EVENT SALE

Any sales that utilise the Online Shopping Event Sale Discount Code are subject to the below terms and conditions of sale.

  • What's included in the sale?

    All items on our e-boutique are included in this sale - excluding Bambini Packages. This includes sale items. Sale Items that have been further reduced by a discount code are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.Online Shopping Event orders (ie. that utilise code: OSE20) are nonrefundable. All orders that utilise the Online Shopping Event discount code are not eligible for return for refund. However, item(s) that were full price can be exchanged. Sale Items that have been further reduced by a discount code are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

    • Can I use this code on already reduced sale items?

    Yes! However, please note: sale items that have been further reduced by a discount code are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

    • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Because of the volume of orders we receive during our sale, unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order after it is placed.
    • Can I combine the Online Shopping Event sales with any other promo codes?
    These sales cannot be combined with any other offers.
    • Can I get apply the Online Shopping Event discounts to a previous order?

    These sales are for new orders only and cannot be applied to past orders.

    • How do I return my order?

    Unfortunately all items in this sale cannot be returned for a full refund. Sale Items that have been further reduced by a discount code are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Full priced items that have utilised a discount code are eligible for an exchange. Please lodge your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your item(s) here

     

    Returns & Exchanges:

    Full priced items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    Once your refund/exchange request has been approved, please ensure you post your item(s) back to us within 7 days. If items are not posted within this timeframe, returns will not be accepted and consequently, cannot be refunded/exchanged.

    After the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.

    *Please note: we do not accept refunds for gift vouchers. 

    Items that are marked down on sale and have been further reduced with a discount code are considered 'Final Sale' items. 'Final Sale' items and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit note, unless in the event of them being faulty.

    Price, Payments and use of Discount Codes:

    The prices of goods, delivery and other charges shown are in Australian dollars.

    A discount code is only valid for a single transaction, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, sale or offer - unless otherwise specified. 

    Refunds are not accepted for orders where discount codes have been used. We can only offer an exchange or credit note where discount codes have been used. This includes flash sale codes. This excludes our welcome discount code.

    If you aren't satisfied with your purchase where a discount code (excluding our welcome 10% off code) has been used, please lodge a request for an exchange or credit note via our returns portal within 7 days. If the item you are seeking to exchange for isn't in stock a credit note will be issued. This credit note is valued for 3 years.

    Please note all return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (this includes the postage of a size exchange). 

    International Returns/Exchanges:

    For all international orders (outside of Australia), please note all return or exchange shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer. 

    Please note: after the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.

     

    Returns check list:

    Please ensure your return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy and complies with the below points before lodging your return.

    Please note: for all returns/exchanges, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    1. Return request must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Once approved item(s) must be posted within 7 days, during this period, a tracking number must be provided via our returns portal. Refunds are issued for full priced products only. We do not accept returns for sale items (these can only be exchanged or for a credit note).
    2. Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition and must not be worn, altered, damaged, marked, sprayed with perfume or washed. 
    3. Please ensure all products are exactly as you received them including all tags attached.
    4. Item(s) must not be sale items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for a refund, this includes orders where discount codes have been used. These items can only be exchanged. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Final Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 
    5. Please ensure the item(s) haven't previously been exchanged. After the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this. 

    *Please note we have the right to refuse your return if any of the above are present on inspection.

    Sale items:

    Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded only exchanged for another item.

    There are no refunds on sale items for change of mind.  This includes flash sales and special discount codes. Items purchased with any other discount code can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.There are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this. A shipping fee will be incurred by the customer when processing an exchange.

    Please note all purchases made with credit notes are non refundable - exchanges are accepted. 

    Beyond our 7 day return period, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

    Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will forward you a notification email confirming that we have received the item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Final sale Items

    Final sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear. Items that are marked sale and have been further reduced with a discount code are considered final sale items. This includes packages - ie. Bambini Packages are reduced to clear, meaning they are final sale items. The product description will state whether they are non-refundable.

    Items that are marked with final sale are not eligible for return, unless in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting hello@toastsociety.com for assistance, prior to purchasing.

    The product description will be marked with 'final sale'. By purchasing a final sale item you agree that the item cannot be returned.


    Late or missing refunds:

    A receipt of refund will be forwarded to you, so please be patient if funds do not clear immediately. If funds do not clear within 5-7 business days, we suggest that you contact your bank or credit card company.

    Pre-Order Items:

    Pre-order items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that pre-order 'shipping' or 'dispatch' time frames listed on the website or provided by email are estimates. We cannot provide exact dispatch or delivery dates.  

    Out of stock items

    If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within three business days. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will provide alternate style or size options, otherwise we will issue a refund. If you agree to the alternate option - please note the same terms and conditions apply, whereby if they are considered a sale item or final sale item our terms and conditions apply. For example, sale items can only be exchanged. Final sale items cannot be returned as they have been reduced to clear.
