DISPATCH
We want you to enjoy your Toast Society purchases as fast as possible! Orders placed before 1pm ACDT will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after this time, will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next business day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods. Please note: orders with multiple items may be sent separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers via email.
TRACKING
All Toast Society purchases are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a tracking notification via email. Please note signature is required on delivery.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery. These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by Toast Society.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on you package(s). They also have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, may also delay delivery.
Please note, Toast Society is unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees.
