Where is Toast Society located?
Our head office is located in Adelaide however all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney!
Will you be re-stocking once you sell out?
We wont be! We have kept our production numbers low so it is likely we will sell out quickly, so to avoid disappointment - don't hold back!
To craft a Toast Society puffer isn't a straight forward process, it is extremely technical and all materials including buttons, zippers and fabric are custom made for Toast Society by our talented team who specialise in making puffer jackets.
We promise quality and durability - which all takes time to execute.
Are your puffers vegan?
Our puffers are made to last - filled with high quality light weight (but super warm) cotton designed to mimic duck down but unlike real down, this fabrication is
- water resistant
- quick drying
How do I care for my product?

Are your puffers waterproof?
Our puffers are water repellent and water resistant. They are designed to withstand light rain not heavy downpours.
What is the sizing like?
Our puffers are true to size, based on standard Australian sizing. Check each size guide on product pages carefully for full details.
Size AU6 = XS
Size AU8 = S
Size AU10 = M
Size AU12 = L
Size AU14 = XL
What is the best way to wash my puffer?
We recommend you spot clean with soapy water or a baby wipe.
All over wash
We recommend a machine-wash on a gentle cycle using a small amount of detergent. Carefully remove your jacket and hang dry. Alternatively, we recommend dry cleaning your jacket.
How much does shipping cost within Australia?
We offer standard shipping for $8AUD and express shipping for $12AUD. All orders are sent with tracking.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping is sent with Australia post, this takes 1-5 business days. Where possible, we will endeavour to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase. In peak times, please allow at least 1 day handling time before your order is dispatched. You can select ‘express shipping’ for an additional $12.00 to ensure you receive your shipment between 1-2 business days. For this express service, please ensure orders are placed before 1pm. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following day unless agreed upon with Toast Society.
Orders which are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be dispatched until the next business day.

What shipping courier do you use?
We use Australia Post for all Australian domestic orders. For all International orders, we use either ‘DHL’ ‘TNT’ or ‘Australia Post’.
Can I return my order for a full refund?
All full priced items that do not utilise a discount code (excluding our welcome discount) can be returned or exchanged. All return requests must be made via our returns portal within 7 days of receiving your order.
Sale items are non-refundable, these can only be exchanged. Final sale items cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
After the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.
How do I return my order?
Please make a request via our returns portal within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your request has been approved you have 7 days to return your order and provide the tracking number via the return portal.
