Measure across the garment, in line with the under-arm seam. |

Measure down the centre of the back, from the top edge of the garment to the hem. |

SLEEVE LENGTH |
Measure from the tip of the shoulder to the cuff. |

BICEP WIDTH |
Measure across the bicep of the sleeve. |
