Terrible Service

Bought Jacket on sale - Jacket style is not for me.
Applied for refund within 5 days of receiving to get an email saying its been rejected I can only exchange.. No problem happy to do so.
Went to site to apply for exchange - and it wont enable me to raise the exchange. Have emailed the company twice with no response over the month. Disgusted as Jackets are not cheap and you would expect better service. no number to call either.. Now I have $180 Jacket I can't wear.
Rip Off, I could have bought same quality elsewhere and got better service.
